The Burgh Lodge offers visitors to Scotland 4 Star hotel-style accommodation with a relaxed friendly atmosphere where guests always receive the warmest of welcomes.
It is centrally located in the picturesque and medieval village of Falkland, Fife and is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of The Lomond Hills and Falkland Estate. Is also within easy reach of Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling, Dundee and St Andrews.
We offer free parking with a ramp entrance into the main building.

Additionally, there are two bedrooms, a large shower room and a separate toilet also situated at ground floor level and designed for wheelchair access.
The shower has a movable shower seat with raisable arms and the toilet area has a low mirror; both have conveniently placed support rails to further assist access.
Each bedroom has lowered light switches and there is an adjoining door, which can be opened up to offer one larger room or private access for a carer or other family members.
There are two adjustable height single beds complete with removable grab-bars, one of which is a 'Thera-posture' electrically adjustable bed.
Also at ground level: Internet Access and a drying room with washing machine, drier and ironing facilities. The Burgh Lodge also offers a full laundry service.
All local amenities such as the local baker's shop, newsagent, antique and gift shops and restaurants and bars are situated within a 100 yards radius.
Falkland is the base of The Scottish Disabled Ramblers. The Lodge works closely with this organisation and can, subject to pre-booking and certain other conditions, make available scooters for disabled ramblers to explore the local walks, many of which have, or are being restored to offer, a high level of disabled access.
