The bed is at least 450mm high and there is a clear space of at least 800mm to one side.
The toilet has a seat of at least 450mm high, there is a clear space of at least 800mm to one side with a horizontal handrail which is at least 700mm off the ground and no more than 500mm from the centre of the toilet.
The bath has a rim of at least 450mm high, a clear space of at least 800mm next to the bath and a horizontal handrail which is at least 150mm above the rim of the bath. There is no seperate shower unit.
There is a dropping off point near the entrance and there is at least one reservable parking space for disabled guests which is at least 3.6m wide.
The route from the car park to the entrance has an even surface and all steps are ramped.

Parc-coed- machen is situated in the north-east of the picturesque Vale of Glamorgan and is just six miles from Cardiff, the capital city of Wales. The cottages are nestled within a working organic stock farm which can offer country and woodland walks of interest with many species of wild and plant life not seen on more intensive farms. The four cottages have two bedrooms, and the one house has three bedrooms. All accommodation is within a courtyard of converted farm buildings and have facilities and full storage central heating for year-round comfort and are conveniently adjacent to junctions 33 and 34 of the M4 motorway. Many of the interesting features of Wales and the capital city Cardiff can easily be visited. A wide choice of galleries and museums, theatres and cinemas and St. Fagans Welsh Folk Museum as well as the local well preserved castles are within easy reach. The Heritage coast of the Bristol Channel and marinas, and the mountains of South and Mid Wales are easily accessible, or why not go down a real coalmine at Big Pit. There are a number of golf courses and leisure centres which offer a full range of activities for adults and children within 20 minutes drive.
