The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment. Large dining area seating eight comfortably, high chair available.

Impressive open plan living area with vaulted ceilings, wooden floors and log burner. Colour TV (teletext) video, DVD and CD/radio cassette player, games console and a selection of games. There is also a wide range of books, videos, DVD's and board games available. Patio doors lead to extensive private garden and decked verandah with views of the open countryside and the magnificent "Bingfield sunset"
