The Burnlea Hotel is purpose built and has many aids to enable guests to have a care-free holiday. These include ramped entrances, handrails in all corridors, call units throughout, a hearing-loop system and specially designed chairs and other furniture.
Specially Designed
The Hotel is sited close to the railway station and the town centre, yet the lounges enjoy views of the sea and the islands of Cumbra and Bute.
Exceptional Climate
The town of Largs is set between the hills and the sea, but the town centre itself is flat and easy to get about. Largs has a very mild climate, even in the winter because of the warm air from the Gulf Stream.
The Burnlea Hotel has 45 beds in twin and single rooms. Eleven roons are on the ground floor. A modern lift takes guests to the first floor. All of the twin rooms and most of the singles have en suite facilities.
Every room has a call unit in case of emergency.

The cost of the Burnlea is inclusive of all meals as well as morning, afternoon and evening drinks.
The hotel is licensed to serve drinks to residents and their guests.
Beauty Spots
The Burnlea has a specially adaped coach to take guests on outings to local beauty spots and places of interest including Culzean Castle, the Ayrshire coast and the popular trip to Loch Lomond which includes a distillery visit.
Evening entertainment
